Questionnaire – The Kerslake Commission

If you would like to share your views, experiences and findings with the Commission about Everyone In and the emergency response to rough sleeping and homelessness during Covid-19, please complete the form below.

Your views will be used to inform the findings and recommendations of the Kerslake Commission, which will be shared via interim findings in the summer and a final report in the autumn.

Privacy statement

The information submitted here will be managed by St Mungo’s as part of its secretariat function for the Kerslake Commission and will be held for two years. We will not share any of the information with any third parties for marketing purposes and your information will generally only be stored within the European Economic Area. Where this is not the case, they are stored in a recognised country, as defined by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or are processed under the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, and we will be upfront about this. The information you provide will be held securely by us and/or our data processors whether the information is in electronic or physical format.
